This policy explains how LoveSign Hub Ltd uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Essential cookies are used because they are necessary to provide and secure the website. Optional analytics, preference and marketing technologies are disabled by default and are used only after you consent. You can accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose individual categories in the banner. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie settings button.
We keep a record of your choice, the consent notice version and the date of your choice for up to 180 days. We will ask again when that period expires or when this notice changes materially.

Local browser storage is also used to keep your consent record for 180 days. Preference and marketing categories are included so that any future optional features remain off until permission is given. We do not currently intentionally set first-party cookies in those categories.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded until you grant the relevant consent. Google Consent Mode defaults analytics and advertising storage to denied. If analytics is enabled, Google may process pseudonymous usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions with the site. Google may process data outside the United Kingdom under its applicable transfer safeguards.
Withdrawing analytics consent stops future analytics storage and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site. It does not undo aggregated or previously processed data.
Our consent controls support privacy-by-default, access control, data minimisation and change-record principles used in information-security management systems such as ISO/IEC 27001. This website feature does not by itself constitute ISO certification. Our session cookie is restricted with HttpOnly and SameSite protections and is marked Secure over HTTPS.
Authenticated sessions expire after 30 minutes without activity and no later than eight hours after sign-in. Session identifiers are renewed periodically and when a user signs in to reduce the risk of session fixation or reuse.
You may also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential session cookies may prevent sign-in and other secure features from working.
